There are a few payment methods available for you for your convenience.

We accept major credit cards such as MasterCard and Visa. 

b)   Bank Transfer

It normally takes about 1 to 2 working days for the bank to trace and confirm the receipt of your payment.

c)    Paypal or MOLPay 

If you send payment by Paypal or MOLPay, your order will usually confirm within 24 hours unless otherwise stated.



  1. How to calculate shipping costs? 

Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and dimension of your products and location including packaging. 

-For Poslaju mail

Rates are charged for every 1kg

Example: for package weight 0.65kg, it will be rounded up to 1kg.



Example: for package that is 1kg in actual weight, but dimension are 30cm(L) x 25cm(W) x 20cm (H) = 15000 will then be divided by 6000 to get the DMI weight which is 2.5kg.

Customer will be charged for 2.5kg rather than for actual weight of 1kg.


  1. When will my order be shipped after confirmed? 

Estimated shipping time of the product may take within 1 to 4 working days unless otherwise stated. 

Processing time: Once your order is confirmed, the total processing time generally is 1 to 4 working days for item shipped fromMalaysia. 

Shipping time: This is the time from when the item leaves the warehouse until it arrives at your designated destination. It usually takes 1 to 2 days. 

We will notify you as soon as we shipped your order. The estimated time of arrival depends on the shipping courier.


  1. Will the package be delivered to my home/office? Will I be notified by the courier? 

Yes, it will be delivered to address stated on your shopping details if you have provided a valid and updated contact number so that you could be within reach at all times. Failing to contact you, the courier will leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the courier.


  1. What if there are damaged or missing items? 

You are required to make a report to us on damage or missing items in your packaging within 24hours. We will not entertain any complaints for damaged or missing items after the 24hours time frame. 

Shipping services provided such as poslaju and GDEX will only cover the values of the goods declared on the shipping invoices if the package is damaged or missing by the shipping agent during the transporting of your items.
