Shipping Policy: Ishopping Malaysia is currently available only to ship within Malaysia (Singapore in future). We offer GDEX and Poslaju for our shipping orders. Our shipping courier GDEX provides Consignment Note Numbers which will update your order with tracking information. If shipment is not arrived within 3 working days, we will do the tracking and make sure the shipment reaches your door step. We will notify the tracking number of the parcels via email once your order is successfully shipped. All completed orders will be shipped out less than 24hours after purchase excluding weekends and holidays or temporary high order volume and temporary stocks shortage. . Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped out the following day. If an item purchased is temporarily back ordered or out of stock you will be notified of the delivery date. We are not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or other expenses arising out of late delivery. All prices and specifications are prior to change without notice.

Shipping Damage Policy: You must inspect the shipment before signing the bill of lading. Any damages on the arrived shipments must be noted on the bill of lading the same day. Failure to report damage on the bill of lading requires you to attempt to collect from the freight carrier at your time and expenses.
Shipping Rates: The rate charge for the shipping of your order is based by the total weight / dimension of your products and location. Free shipping that is available for selected items will b clearly indicates on the product posting.
Back Orders: If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship it to you the rest of your order or refund for those items which is out of stock. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Cancellation Policy: All products, unless otherwise stated, we will refund your payment if orders is canceled within 24hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged by the credit card company which is non refundable. If orders are canceled 42hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment, you will be charged a minimum 18% from your payment as administrative fees in addition to the transaction fees charged by Credit Card Company. Balance will be refunded back.
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR PAYMENT EVEN IF YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT
Your item must be in its original condition to be returned. The following items are NOT returnable:
a) Any item that has been worn, used or altered
b) Items that require back to back order or special delivery
Additional shipping cost will be charged and shipped back to you if you attempt to return items which condition is stated above.
1) If an items needs to be returned, contact us within 3days upon receiving your item.
2) Please include the order number, email address and problems in all correspondence.
3) Provided the return is allowable under our policy, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
4) Returned items must be post marked within 7days from the date you receive your RMA number.
5) The number should be printed and sent to us along with the item to be returned.
Returns must be sent back via reliable and traceable shipping methods. Ishopping will not be responsible for refunding an untraceable packaged item. Returned shipping cost will be charged. Refunds are for the cost of item only, does not include shipping and handling charges.
We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious sign of use.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment of the original payment. Once we receive your return item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days or may take up to 30days to complete during peak hours. Please allow additional 2 to 4 business days for the credit to post to your credit card amount, and additional 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement depending on the bank processing time. Credit will be issues for the original amount that was paid for the item, excluding shipping fees, handling fees, handling charges and transaction fees charged by the credit card company. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only.
